Worry-free Booking

when you book online until 27.11.2021

All online bookings for the summer 2021 can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

If less than 14 days, the following cancellation rules apply:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
  • From 13 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the total stay
  • From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show 90% of the total stay will be charged.

If you cancel within 14 days of scheduled arrival, your host guarantees you NO CANCELLATION CHARGES if one of the following apply:

  • The booked appartement is located in a municipality of the Schladming Dachstein Region, which has been closed by the authorities or the booked appartement is is officially closed for the booked stay.
  • Border to or from Austria or an adjoining neighboring country is closed and entry for vacation purposes is no longer possible.
  • The guest or the persons living in the same household at the time of the planned tested positive for Corona (medical certificate must not be older than 48 hours) or the must not be older than 48 hours) or the officially prescribed quarantine has not yet ended at the time of arrival. In this case it is the guest's responsibility to present the document for proof to the host.
